The Deal’s current "Flight Of The Raven" album includes a spectacular mark of “10 out of motherfucking 10” from drownedinsound.com lurking among the pile of flattery from Kerrang!, NME, Metal Hammer, Classic Rock, rock sound, Big Cheese and beyond; it's from said opus that "Reeper" is taken from, following the recent "Spider Bite" single. “See those reepers circle round,” warns Ben Perrier with a snarl and a gargle of crushed glass. Throw in some classic old school Thin Lizzy-like riffery, an agitated piano and one splendidly fluid axe solo and you have yerself precisely two minutes and eleven seconds’ worth of chord-crunching rock chaos produced by Jack Endino and packaged to delight the entire family.
